I think you and I are living proof of that. And so the idea that I mean here we are, 2023, we are just beginning. So anticipate the outcomes, and then fourth is communicate the change from a contextual standpoint. Leadership is about change. I mean you can close chapters, you can open new ones, you can have this fresh zest on life and possibilities and know that every day is new.
