Smith, 55, of Clymer, N.Y., died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.She was born July 25, 1958, in Corry, Pa., the daughter of Charles and Margaret Olmstead Smith.Kaye was a 1976 graduate of Clymer Central School, and a 1986 graduate of Jamestown Community College with an associate degree in applied science and business administration.
